Place an order online by selecting the item(s) you wish to purchase and add to basket/checkout.

When checking out, ensure that you fill in your complete shipping address and payment details, and place your order. You will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate email when your item(s) has been shipped.

We use PayPal and accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

You can cancel your order online within 24 hours of placing it.

If you created an account online, follow these steps to cancel your order:

• Login into My Account
• Click on Orders and select the order # you wish to cancel
• Click “Cancel”

If you wish to cancel after 24 hours and we still have’t shipped your order, please contact us using the form above.

Processing

Please allow for 3 days to process and pack your order. 

Shipping

All artworks will be carefully packed in a secure cardboard tube. They will then be sent to you by Royal Mail’s signed and tracked delivery service. Please note that I am delivering from the UK. Overseas delivery times could be slowed by customs clearance. (For example, typical shipping and customs clearance from UK to USA may take between 6 – 8 weeks. All effort will be made to ensure artworks are shipped with the correct customs codes which make customs clearance as smooth as possible.) 

Customs charges

Depending on where you require delivery, you may be liable for a customs charge. Please refer to the Custom’s authority import charges of the country where you wish your purchase to be delivered.

• United Kingdom (National)              £10            3 – 4 days
• Europe (International)                        £20            11 – 14 days
• Rest of world (International)           £30            4 – 8 weeks

Our return and refunds policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
